The purpose of this blog is to provide information about the cause and effect of the standard american diet and life style on our population.

We are becoming an overweight society plagued with many diseases. From what I have read over the last decade, the cause is our present diet and life style.

Conversely, the treatment is a change in our diet and lifestyle.

If this situation was due to inherited genetics, the prevelance in our nation would be proportional to the population growth. But it is not. Our cancer rates and type 2 diabetes rates are rising out of proportion.

We are predominately responsible for our health.

In this blog, I hope to explain how the food we eat
is affecting our health and our body.
