Cancer Screening

I just came acros  an interesting article at http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/29642490/ that discusses wheterh cancer screening is really that beneficial.

There is not doubt that for some people it is. I feel that the problem is that we are all walking around scared to death that this horrible thing will happen to us, especially women and breast cancer. Therefore we line up and get or sreening tests done like good little “sheep”.

Knowlege is power, and if you understand what causes cancer (predominately diet and lifestyle) then you already know how to prevent it and protect yourself. So if and when you decide to have a screening, is based on your decision, not the media telling you what they want you to do.
